Fellowship

"There is nothing on this earth more to be prized than true friendship."

- St. Thomas Aquinas

Fellowship and good friendship with one another is the hallmark of the Newman Club. We are an accepting, sociable, and approachable group of Catholics and we love spending time in fellowship. Some of the countless number of fellowship events we have hosted includes men's retreats, Newman sisterhood events, Newman Thanksgiving, our graduation parties, our Christmas parties, our Halloween movie nights, game nights, ice cream socials, and dinner or dessert after general meetings.

We also enjoy connecting with other Newman clubs within our area to expand our Catholic young adult community. We take part in an annual Faith Olympics event in which we compete against other Newman clubs of surrounding universities. We partner with Cal State Fullerton for Adoration and guest speakers. We are closely connected to the Catholic Center at University of Southern California and have participated in guest speakers, guest singers, and the March for Life hosted on their campus. Outside of Southern California, we are currently planning on attending SEEK, a national Catholic conference hosted by FOCUS primarily for Catholic college students. Click here for more information on this event, and please contact us if you are interested in attending!
