What We Do To Serve Our Community

"Lord teach me to be generous; Teach me to serve you as you deserve; To give and not count the cost; To fight and not to heed the wounds; To toil, and not to seek for rest; To labor, and not to ask for reward- except to know that I am doing your will."

St. Ignatius of Loyola

As Catholics we are called to love and serve others. As Jesus says, "Amen I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me." - Mathew 25:40. We are called to use our talents as Mathew chapter 25 states. We must not bury our talents but to use them, "to serve one another (1 Peter 4:10)". Essentially, "faith working through love (Galatians 5:6). So what have we done to serve others you may ask. Well we've:

  1. Staffed parties for at-risk youth
  2. Volunteered at soup kitchens and local parishes
  3. Making cards for those in juvenile detention centers and children in hospitals: Send Cards
  4. If you have any ideas please feel free to contact us!
